cockroach in room area , restaurant facility very poor.dirty chairno soap, sampoo and handwash provided in the bathroomi was selected for the package including breakfast and dinner/lunch but he was not accepted for dinner/lunch after discussing then provide food from outside area very poor quality of food. he said can not provide food from the hotel restaurant .i am asking for a return of my money for the but never believe on the goibibo app. your team only focuses on your business but never solves the customer problem but your business is connected with customers.regards raj kumar chaurasia

Poor facilities. No hot water 24*7. Bed sheet and Blankets are not neat. No complimentary Mineral water, No electric kettile in side the room. whole time mosquitos disturbances. Don't choose the hotel for stay. Only 3 star but the reality is poorer than 1 star.

jo room ki image upload hai wo room nai mila early check in up to 3 hour dale hai lekin early check in provide ni kiye extra charge kiye room ke washroom me exhaust kaam ni krra bhut hi bad experience tha bhut smell thi koi book na kare

Average old hotel near station located on main busy Street, limited breakfast choices, bar available inside hotel. Staff good , need more cleaning common area and bathroom, as found coachroach in room see photo.

it was quite a good stay, but night manager is too rude and unprofessional with his job, the rooms were quite good I'll rate 4/5 . But because of Manager I'll give a 3/5 points for the overall stay in fab hotel

A very bad experience with hotel surya. I recently stayed in your hotel and was charged an extra amount without proper justifications. Staff behaviour is not good. I personally never recommend any one.

overall experience was good but Tv kaam nhi kar raha tha, towel ki quality khrab thi aur AC reception se band chalu hota h,Baanki sab thk tha staff was very good and location v achchi h❤️
