FabHotel Thejas Paaradise - Nr. Coimbatore Institute of Technology

There is not even a single thing we enjoyed about this hotel during our stay.1. The hotel got a bar on the 1st floor and for some reason the staircase smells bad. Nobody ever used a room fresher inside the hotel wherever you go it smells smoke and alcohol.2. Even inside the hotel room strong smell of smoke trust me in this take your family to this place if you smoke with your family at home if not this is surely not a place for ur stay.3. We have booked 1 premium room and 1 deluxe room the person in the reception says if you book u will get 2 rooms of the same size, this made us look like fools, since we had a long journey and with small little kids we had no patience to argue with him. We have been given room 204 and 205 check it for yourself its worst than a deluxe.4. Guests keep the food remaining and plates outside their room and no one is really bothered to dispose it.5. In one room TV didn't work and on the other room AC didn't work. Imagine how nice it was to stay in a hotel room without AC in this burning summer heat.6. Worst of all we went to have our complimentary breakfast by 8 am everything got over, they have gone to buy breakfast we sat down for 15 mins by that time there was 15 ppl waiting and they got food for 5 we have been given an excuse from one of the hotel representative not to create trouble but to adjust because the hotel had never expected this many guests it seems, I literally need to finish by breakfast with 2 scoops of pongal my daughter had a vada and my wife had 2 idly my sisters family had the same quantity.I am not defaming this hotel and I clearly know Hotels have lost their business during covid but this level of poor service and worst quality made me recommend the hotel management to change their category from hotel to Lodge. Trust me for the money we pay it doesn't meet even a single star hotel standard. No more words overall it was Pathetic.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed being in a home stay . Highly recommended hotel for all sorts of people and very close to all accessible areas. Appreciate your efforts in hospitality

Room photos seen while booking are not correct. I booked a deluxe room which looked specious in photos. But while check-in they gave me a standard category type of room (see images). I had to then pay 500 extra to upgrade my room to executive. There was no support from upon complaining.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service
