FabHotel Udipi's Vihar - 800M from KIMS Hospital, Kondapur

In an era, where even a 1star hotel provides the basic facility of RO water purifier, FabHotel Udupi's Vihar lacked this. Every time you are thirsty, you have to purchase a water bottle which is not feasible at all.Plus, today most hotels provides a relaxation period of 2 hours for late check out without charging any fee but here even if a person is checking out late by 20 minutes, he/she has to pay more than 600 bucks for the same. This seemed extremely pathetic.The voice of the other room's television comes into your room which disturbs a lot.The only good thing about the hotel is its location and the quality of the room.

Positive: The room was spacious and well-maintained. It was neat, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The staff were extremely polite and courteous. Negative: The only drawbacks were the presence of mosquitoes in the room, although the hotel thoughtfully provided Goodnight anti-mosquito liquid. Unfortunately, the TV's set-top box wasn't recharged, so we couldn't watch any programs. Overall: Despite these minor issues, this hotel is an excellent budget-friendly option for families. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hyderabad.

Pros: Helpful staff. Staffs are really good and helping always. cons: 1. Just beside main road with high traffic. Very difficult to sleep due to continuous noise. 2. No food available except breakfast. However booking available with meals.. I booked with all meals but they denied and somehow managed to serve lunch. 3. Food without any option/variety. That too not so tasty. 4. Lot of mosquitoes inside room. 5. Very simple and basic room. Do not justify the amount they charge.

Hotel is pathetic, unclean, lot of masquitos, full vehicle sounds as location is attached to the main road, issues not addressed by staff properly and had very bad experience, never prefer this hotel
