Very bad policies of hotel and hotel staff are keep on disturbing while we have shared the issue as well. taking the booking of 3 person and later on they are saying that booking was only for 2 person and guest has to pay the additional charges for the third person...while doing the booking when you have accepted the booking of 3 person in one room then amount of the same should be reflected with immediate effect,. totally not satisfied

rooms are ok but not spacious enough for this much price....even rooms don't have any wardrobe just an open space in place of wardrobe as shown in pics..... bathing area is too small & there is also no proper coverings to avoid spilling of water while bathing......& the whole bathroom surface gets wet even floor towel gets drenched..... food is good & behaviour of the staff was also awesome...

Pathetic! Generally i never leave such reviews but extra hidden charges, despite booking for 3, I was charged extra for 3rd pax. On the same trip was never charged from other 4 or 5 star and even in the past as well. Not Recommended at all, small rooms compared to overall amount paid.

Overall experience was 10/10- Stay was fabulous- Service was always on time and up to the mark- Staff was cooperative and humble.- Food was delicious- Balcony in cafe gives you a chance to sit, enjoy the tea post breakfast or drinks in the evening.- Would love to visit again.
