It was a great stay! Away from the busy city... A whole different vibe was present. The rooms were clean and AC controlled. The room has a basic cupboard, table and a sofa! The bathroom was clean too. A hot water facility was available. And they give room service as well. The staff were polite. The food was amazing. There are many types of cuisines available. And additionally there was a bar facility too! The stay is near Naigaoan railway station which is around 5km away from the stay. And constant auto facilities are available. My 4 nights stay here was absolutely amazing. A lil issues with ac plug and tv... but wasn't so much to concern about! So.. yeah! Worth staying in this property! Kudos to the owner!

The property is not maintained. We had booked 2 rooms. Air Conditioner was not working for 1 of the rooms. We had to change it. Next morning water was dripping from the Air Conditioner of both rooms. One of the rooms didn't smell good. There was an unpleasant musty smell. Asked for Room fresher, but it didn't really help. The smell was back after some time. The Televisions have only free to air channels. There are no other channels, not even basic ones. The telephones for room service are not in a good state. Overall a very very average experience.

The ambience was good so was the cleanliness, but the AC of all the rooms were very old and was not cooling the rooms. There was also a power cut and they did not switch on the generator, we were made to sit in the open dinning area for 45 minutes that too in the afternoon. We did not spend time thare ,as we had booked for 24 hours but we left after 5 hours of stay

Very weird behaviour from the management, in the name of bill collections same day, they send staff with swiping machines and barcodes even after 12 midnight. have fired them twice for the same issue. otherwise its a good place to stay and food is just amazing undoubtedly. only this daily settlement thing should be taken care of by the Higher management.

Ac was not working properly as the temperature was on 16 but it was not working properly they asked us to wait for sometime we waited until evening still it was not working after that we asked to change the room they changed the room there tv was not working washroom was smelling bad. And every 5 min there was a power cut off.

1) sad to know they dont even give one bottle of water as complimentory 2) electricity was gone at late night and came back like after 15 mins of complaining , they should atleast have thier back up 3)dirty toilet

had a very good stay and staffwas really helpful and courteous. Special mention of room manager who was wonderful in hospitality, as also roomboy . Highly recommend for peaceful and value for money stay.
