The staff at the reception are incredibly helpful and very sweet. The food served here was top notch. quality is their top priority. I must say that booking cab for your tour or daily sight seeing through property is very helpful and safe than booking/renting other things. The driver here Mahendra Singh ji made sure that we got proper tour and safe ride. He not only helped us with our travel but also guided us with best information about shops to get things from . In one word,he is the best . The staff at the reception,people who served food,who prepared the food and the chefs ..everyone greeted us with warm smile and that made us feel this property like home.The food we had here be it breakfast, lunch or dinner were made with utmost attention and we really enjoyed everything on their menu , all thanks to the wonderful in house chef. The property in itself is very aesthetic,wonderfully maintained. The rooms,area of the property and the washrooms everything were exceptional. Ive no complaints and negative things to mention. I cant wait to revisit the property and relive the moments . The people at the reception provided us the best packages to tour and save our time without us getting confused with all information we have seen on instagram. They recommend the best places to shop from,to go for sight seeing,to eat and what not Just come and stay without any second doubt. They will take care of everything from then.

It was a great experience overall. The property area is quite big with ample space for recreational activities as well like table tennis, football, cricket, badminton. There are fort like structures within the property where you can sit and enjoy drinks and chat. Restaurant is on the rooftop with a good view. There are two swimming pools, ground floor and rooftop. Ample space in the room with furniture, chair, table. We booked one with balcony overlooking the mountain ranges. There is another type of room where you get to see the lake from the balcony. Food is little overpriced but this is the case with every resort like property. Breakfast spread has different options everyday and is filling for the day. Recreational activities, breakfast, hospitality.

Fateh Niwas is a lovely resort. It is situated slightly away from the city, but that only adds to its beauty— instead of the city's noise, there is calmness, lush greenery, and large spaces. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools, a huge lawn in the front, and even a kind of small monument inside the premises, heh. The breakfast buffet offered many options, all of which were delicious. And finally, the entire managerial staff is extremely polite and accommodating. They let us check in early on the first day, helped us with all requests during the stay (iron, extra plates, etc.), and made the check-out process easy too. 10/10 place to stay in Udaipur.

The hotel is located at a pristine location from the city and the check in to check out experience was without hiccups. The room was as promised and its upkeeping was superb. Other services like reception, housekeeping, food and beverage section was fast and responsive. Privacy was given priority and the staff is well trained. Room lighting, decor, cleanliness and bath area is stellar. No issues regarding Electronics/Equipment was observed. Terrace Restaurant and pool area, lawn and walkway is maintained as a fortress. Privacy, Responsive Staff, Location, Ambiance.
