5/5I had worst experience. unresponsive staff. Half of their stuff is not functional, shower not working, tv not working, wifi not working. No room service. I went with my mother for 2 days we placed an order for tea, and we were okay to even pay, even when breakfast was inclusive, but still after placing order 5 times we were not served tea. So worst experience, Not worth the money. The hotel is not same as shown in pictures. I will advise not to book this hotel.

5/5Definately not a 4 star hotel. they are not providing any 4 star amenities. feels like a those shaddy hotels. room was spacious but interiors and lightings were so boring and dull. food was ok ok and services need to worked upon. over priced property.

No Hairdryer provided. Washroom is not functioning well. Bathroom gyser was not working, technician came & fixed it after multiple complaints. There is low lighting in room even if you switch all lights on. Overall it was a typical 3 star hotel experience. The food is good but prices are on higher side and quantity on lower side. Overall not worth it.

The service was very poor for 2 days. Had to call thrice for simple things. Ordered simple dal and rice and the restaurant took more than 1 hour with reminders to serve it. Even the room looked different than the advertised room. The manager was kind enough to give a complimentary breakfast early morning around 5:30 but an attentive and trained staff would have been nicer.

This was supposed to be a fairly new property. However , there were visible damages to the room. Hotel location was alright. The layout inside was a little confusing. There was confusion on the F&B discount during billing. Staff also appeared to be new and a little clueless. Overall, i felt it was overpriced for its location, property quality and service.

it's showing a 4 star hotel but in my room AC and FAN both are not working, The rooms are not soundproof. The hotel is quiet outside but the highway connectivity is good you can reach the city by 20 to 30 min depending on traffic. hotel room is quit big and room is clean and very nice.

It was one of the bestest experience ever I get in hotels. Talking about hotel staffs and food quality went above and beyond to deliver the same. All staffs were attentive and food quality was amazing .I would love to come back whenever I am travelling to jaipur .Recommended Hotel .
