My check in time was 12pm but my arrival time was at night 11pm. I had informed the property manager. But when I reached they asked me that I have to pay an extra Rs.700 as I have booked through online mode. I The staff at the property clearly told me that we can talk to OYO service center but we have to pay extra money. Then I agreed to pay and immediately called OYO. They then contacted the property owner and assured me that I don't have to pay anything extra. The room was not ready. The staff cleaned the room while we were waiting at 11:00pm. Then we saw the room was not clean, geyser not working( just for show). I again informed OYO, and they assured it will be resolved within 10 mins, but it was not then I left my hotel before my actual check-out time. I am extremely disappointed for the awful experience.

Pathetic stay, Room 204- permanent large water puddle in toilet, no daily house keeping/ garbage clearance, no place to keep or hang clothes, no study or bed side table, no hot water kettle, no way to iron clothes, no tea, no food.

No service, there is no electricity for the last 4 hours and the hotel staff doesn't know anything about it. everyone is clueless here.
