Best gateaway with well maintained rooms! Amazing service, Ambiance and Food. Large pool area which is taken care of perfectly, polite staff with positive vibes. The only thing which disappointed me is that these guys had informed me about giving jio wifis before checking in but somehow they dint, Also the food is way too expensive...one garlic bread costed me rs 500. Since i had booked camel cabin and it has bath tub and and is a glass villa with curtains attached everywhere but the only thing bothered me was that these glasses had no curtains on the upper side which feared me about my privacy as the staff keeps visiting there on the upper side of the hill where the villa is (back side of the villa) Perfect! We had planned the whole thing as it was my birthday and i wanted it to be very very special since we had recently got engaged. Loved the bathroom area that we hardly felt like being out of our rooms. Must visit!!

Accessible from pune 4 hrs drive however the food is average and also the rooms were not well maintained. We stayed in the hermitage villa with a plunge pool...room size and pricacy is good however Not at all worth the money they charge for. Reservations desk also needs improvement as the turn around time for a response is very poor. Has the potential to become the next destination apart from mahableshwar however the under construction areas and upkeep of the property is a huge concern. The room had pipes sticking out of the walls paint was dingy and for the 2 nights we were there rooms were no cleaned until they were told. Service is extremely slow. Overall an average property and not worth the amount they charge.

It's a beautiful place with a different concept. We loved the stay. The staff is very humble & food is good. There can be some improvements though..there were no signboards on the road till we reached the hotel...this makes the travellers very anxious as to when they will reach the hotel. overall wonderful experience!

it's an awesome place to stay, the owner has put his heart to make this he is a man of great taste all rooms r different from each other and thy r all just amazing. staff is polite and friendly, rooms are clean and food is yummy u order anything thy have great chef's. overall it was an blissful experience.

It was nice location and approach road and we can see sunset from there also. There was variety of food available. Swimming pool and garden were available. Free Wi-Fi was available Staff was very friendly. In terms of security it was good. I am happy with all services.

Awesome climate it is!! Nature is blissful! Full area is covered by the forest. Room are very spacious. All rooms are located far away from each other. So we get the best privacy for the couples. The place is like heaven during monsoon season.

Location was beautiful. Food was good also. Swimming pool,gym,spa and garden were available. Free Wi-Fi was available.But in the night time there was very less lights so i could not feel safe at that time otherwise everything was good.

Place is good..view is amazing..only draw back was whatever is written on menu most of the dish are not available.The reason they gave was weekend we have everything but weekdays we dont have the staff and material for the dish.

Amazing place with lots of activities dor a fun filled day. We had a mud house for one day and the tree hopper for another. Both were great but the mud house was better. Great place to just walk around or cycle your way.

Excellent location. Food was bit OK. Swimming pool which was basically for everyone. Free WiFi/Internet facility was added an advantage. Spa and gym was missing.

This place is unique. Staff is polite and very helpful. Food is good too. Only compaint would be that lights arent enuf to roam inside the campus at night.

Had a great time! Stayed at the mud house as my 4 year daughter wanted to stay in it. she loved it. Food can be better though. Overall a great experience!
