We stayed here for one night (Premium room with view and balcony) Pros Property is really good and well maintained. Rather its the only best option if you opt to stay in khajjiar. And one should definitely stay in khajjiar. You wont be disappointed. Staff is co operative and friendly. Rooms and neat and tidy and well maintained rather top notch. Lot of options in breakfast and it was good enough. Cons Rooms are really small despite booking a premium one. They have a so called temperature controlled pool where they claim to keep it warm. But it wasnt so and hence we couldn't use it on both the days. So basically you can just see the pool and be happy but cannot use it. Food is expensive and obviously it will be since its an ITC property.

Stay was amazing clean and hygiene room clean pool Food For dinner the food veg was great But for non veg food they clearly didn’t perform as per my expectations and was disappointed by overpower of spices I one of the food items There clearly lacked of spices and salt and flavour in the non veg menu especially the kebab

fabulous experience, tough to reach but no issues as staff are ready to help you in all conditions. Very comfortable for all age person. even kids enjoy open space and play area.
