review : *cons* : initially things were rocky because even after 3 reminders our 2 rooms booking was on seperate floors. we had informed about late check in yet no one was there to serve water . no welcome drink too. once we settled, the experience in the room was clean but next day it was not cleared even after pressing the make my room button which was provided. pool timings are till 7pm so you can enjoy if you have plans post that. pro: clean room and lobby.seperate waiting area.decent food options in breakfast.friendly security person (sardarji) at the gate.vaani (front desk) is very patient.

Good : Hospitality of Staff is good and courteous Hygiene inside the hotel Cleaniness inside the hotel Swimming Pool Rooms are well equipped Food Quality Issues : 1. Location of Hotel is at a place with no shops nearby. One needs to walk for 1 km before sighting any Groceries or Restaurant. 2. There is a big Drain flowing adjacent to hotel location and consistent stench and smell if you move out of hotel. If you remain inside, no problem and it's good. But stepping outside, one has to bear the high drainage smell of Drain flowing adjacent to property.

Hospitality 10/10. Super amazing staff. they were doing all they could. Their team member was our go to person. from helping us to book cabs and other suggestions they did it all. we took their cab service and their driver and cab condition was fantastic. a good property too. location wise you might feel it's little far but it's worth it. I was with my dad and brother and it being their first trip they added a lot to it. Thanks team...!!

overall my stay was comfortable, good hospitality @fortune, little but improvement required in food specially in room dining as food was half-cooked and wrong dish was sent in couple of days, also if they can little but variety on buffet as every day u will find one common dish (chole + aloo bhaji). rest staff is very courteous and greet u whenever they come across …lovely gesture !!
