Very Good hotel in ooty. 24 hours hot water available. very Good service. Rooms are very spacious. while if you come Rooms in city are very congested. Hotel owner and staff are very nice person they arrange for you every thing. only one drawback since it 3 km from the city center so if you don't have your own vechile then transportation becomes very expensive. If you have your own transportation then go for this hotel you will surely enjoy stay with scenic beauty. will surely recommend to friends and family.

Property is superb and mainly to say about is the service, ajin reji Joseph had given us the best service, and the taste of food they serve is good and hygiene And the receptionist is so kind and good we had reached there before the checkin time he had immediately checked for availability and provided us the room, overall the property looks so good, clean and comfortable, views will be so good, they will provide you fire camp if needed, you can enjoy the vacation by selecting this property FORTUNE RETREATS

The property is unexpectedly beautiful. The rooms are even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures uploaded. Immediately after entering the room, it feels so homely, that we wanted to extend our stay. The staff here is superb, they always go over the board to provide service. Very soft spoken, and gentle people. 1. The private garden space outside the room. 2. Lot of space inside and outside the room to do our yoga practices. 3. The serviceability of the staff. 4. Spectacular view.

Stay was amazing as it was at hill top also hotel was maintained well as if it's a newly constructed and the room was very really neat and clean. It's hotel for dining was also very near provided with home delivery service, food was good and always served hot 🔥. Above all management was kind and quick responsive. Couples and family can enjoy the stay, we were fully satisfied Thankyou 😊 Hill top stay, a good holiday spot to chill out, safe place, home delivery service.

I checked in late on that hotel, it looks good view was also very good from the hotel. Rooms are clean and service is also good. The room which I got is not having AC/Heater that is the one thing as there is too cold in Ooty now. Around 8 degree now. You can book this for family solo and couple Staff and management is also good and helpful. Rooms cleanines, service and Villa which I got. Only thing it's too cold in Ooty there should be some AC or Heater.

Room stay was good. Room is at Hill top of Ooty. you can have city view over hill.. Service done by Hotel staff was excellent. Although they are from North India, they could understand everything & servicing quality & sincerity was very good. only disadvantage is little far & remote location. but their service will compensate

Serene location, although secluded from main city hence transportation issue. But when you reach the hotel you won't like to go anywhere else. Staff extremely polite and professional. Although restaurant and villa are at some distance which delays order delivery but this small drawback can be ignored for amenities.

This property is amazing and bang for the buck. I would prefer to stay here again next time for a longer duration. Everything was awesome, the food was really great and very reasonable for the quality they provide. Very safe and the staff were helpful all the time.

Loved the stay at Fortune Retreats. Staffs are full of etiquette and professionalism. Pleasant stay. Clean, hygienic and calm atmosphere around. Room with hill and valley view was cherry on the top.
