Freesia Residency by Express Inn

Location - 4/5 (Far from Railway station, but in a very accessible location. Lots of restaurant/cafes around) Room Quality - 4/5 (Clean, Big room. Easy check-in,check-out. Some of the basic amenities were missing or not working e.g. Handwash dispenser) Service - 1/5 (Needs significant improvement. I waited for more than an hour for my order from their cafe, but it never got delivered. I had to call multiple times to reception just for some extra toilet roll) Overall a great place, would love to visit again.

dont go worst hotel i have seen in my whole travel experience 1)there is no toilet or bathroom in room at the booking time they have mentioned not clearly sentence is incomplete (conventional room with detached pri....)like this incomplete catogary difficult to understand for attached bathroom room have to pay extra money at hotel 2) in all rooms there is no lock on window glass no security and safty for family travellersall room windows are open no lock on glass frameseven the denied to cancel this booking

it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel staff was really cooperative. location wise it's very easily reachable. Very well maintained and hygienic place. Rooms are very spacious and you also get a hall to have your dinner. Since I have a small baby i was looking for a property were it's easy to cook baby food and this hotel has all the facilities available.

Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Location is also okay. Staffs are courteous and well behaved . Only problem we faced during our stay was limited food items. Menu had limited items and even those were not available while ordering. Portion of food served was also very less. Otherwise all was good
