It's an unique theme property in an old factory nicely modified to a hotel, situated in outskirts of Ranchi city on NH 33 towards Hazaribagh. The entire building is thematically decorated with old antique auto scrap parts and rooms are furnished aesthetically using raw old automotive and factory parts. Certainly with all essential amenities. Collectively the entire ambiance provide a strong thimatic atmosphere of a old factory. The owner Mr. Durgesh Sahu is a charismatic n creative personality. I Loved my one night stay here with my family. Though its a different kind of theme resort so everyone may not like this place. But liked this resort and wish to come to stay again.

The most painful experience I have ever had. This is not a good hotel for family stay. While booking we called the owner and he confirmed they have enough space for 4 person and in their room description it was clearly written the room have king size bed (96 sqft) bed but it was NOT. We got one double bed (6ftx7ft). which is suitable for 2 people not 4 persons. Whereas we informed the owner before booking that we are 4 person. We told to the owner about this but he was unable to help. We got rude behave from their stuff. They didn't allow us to click photos of the room.

Hotel is completely new and very spacious. It is built with totally different theme with motor parts and scraps with very nicely conceptualize and beautifully decorated. Eventhough the wash basin and table lamp is made up of scrap. Everything is fine but very far away from ranchi railway station nearly 12-15 km. Staffs are very cooperative and caring. Feeling well to stay here.

Washroom was separate. All the amenities were working perfectly & the services they provided was good as well. There was dining facility as well but as they didn't provided any complimentary service & even the washroom was not in my room so these are the drawbacks according to me otherwise everything else was fine. My overall experience was just average.

It's located near to the highway & is on the main road itself so it's location is great, it is located nearby my college so it's very convenient for me. It's best part is it's very affordable & doesn't pinch one's pocket. The accommodation was according to our exception so it was fine too.

As it's located in the outskirt of the city so this is the only issue with this hotel otherwise everything else is great over here. The accommodation that they provided to me & even their services & even food was very good. It was a very comfy stay of ours.

It's location is fine as it's located not that far but it is located inside some lane. The hotel property is fab & their room I stayed in & even their services were just fantastic. Their food was of very good quality too. It was a fantastic stay of mine.

It's ,located on the national highway so it's location is very good & it's very accessible as well. The property is fine too & the room & services that was provided to us was decent. It was a pleasant stay of ours.

The services and the staff behavior was very decent. But sometimes there was cleaning issues in the room and they used to delay in bringing the food. However upon complaining they used to rectify their services.
