Excellent Service. Hotel Galaxy 16 is the best hotel at bhagalpur Due to her service and her best employees. Hotel Galaxy 16 is overall a very nice place in Bhagalpur. It's my second trip there already and I plan on coming back. The rooms are of a comfortable size, the beds are of good quality, the food is okay though a bit pricey, they have very good internet and more than anything, the staff is very available and helpful. Whenever I had an issue or a request, it was usually taken care of in a matter of minutes.

The hotel is very conveniently located on the main road itself. The property of this hotel is just fantastic & the rooms over here are very comfortable & clean & even their services were fantastic as well. the only drawback was that the parking are of this property is about 200-300 meters from it but still it wasn't that big issue as well. Our overall stay here was wonderful.

It was a pleasant experience staying at Hotel Galaxy 16, If you can please, book your stay here itself. Rooms are nice and provided amenities are good as well. 😇 Food is also provided if you opt for, Cleanliness is all around here. Hotel accommodation is very great and humble here. The location is also great, everything is just a minute walk from hotel.

The services and the facilities were excellent. The room and the washroom was clean and the staff also had a good conduct. The property has its own food service. The location of the property is stone throw away from the main road, actually from the property the main road can be seen. All in all I had a very pleasant stay in this property.

The food service was very delaying. After ordering the food we had to wait for half an hour to one hour to get the ordered food. Apart from this issue all was good. The room and the washroom was also clean. The property is walking distance from the main road.

Its inside the city & parking your car may be bit messy, but the staff is helpful. Restaurant attached. Food was tasty & hygiene. Room was clean & tidy.

The hotel was neat n clean with spacious rooms. They don't have any car parking adjacent. It's around 50m away. The in-house restaurant was awesome.
