so pathetic and Bad Hotel I booked as a 3 star hotel but its deserve -2 star. Hotel staff behaved very Bad with customer. they not supply a single sip water. I choose hotel for one day but Hotel is too bad so I check out same day 8 PM . and check in another hotel. room is so bad and dirty. there were no restorent in hotel and no any type Room service.Very Bad experience.

Not up to the mark as compare to charging the rent. Room is small, mosquitos r in room, door and windows r not properly cleaned. Intercom not working, Moisture in room. There r very loud sound from AC at night. Food preparation is good. Need more to improve the property. Location of property is very good.

Best hotel with best location in Varanasi. We was see the sunrise from our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We was taken a city tour from hotel at very good rate, he was given a very good driver who explain everything very well. Highely recommend.

Located at a secluded ghat (Ravidas Ghat) with hardly any vehicle to reach. Except 2 rooms with ganga facing...all other rooms are with closed walls...I would recommend travelers to explore better Ganga view hotels rather than this one...

good hotel right to bank river ganges, food is excellent. best part of this hotel is view. staff are very helpful and friendly. we book a trip of boat ride by hotel was excellent.
