A friendly and polite manager (Arshad). Gave good tips about the places to see and the route. In the hotel when we wanted to get ready in the early morning he switched on the water heaters in time. Hot water is coming through the tap. Neat and clean rooms. Provided good and sufficient breakfast in the morning My overall experience in the hotel is very good. I do recommend others to try this. Especially if you want to visit mudumalai Forest safari in the morning, staying here in gudalur is the best option instead of coming from ooty. Thank you

Best service by the management. The employees are courteous and always there to help you. We bought some take away food and they gave us plates to eat. Rooms were clean and we're decent. The location is 2 mins from the centre hence shops and restaurants are at walking distance.

The place is very conveniently located on the main road itself, it's accommodation was very comfortable & the washroom was very clean. The only drawback was that they don't provide any complementary breakfast, otherwise everything was fantastic.

A well maintained room at a reasonable price. Wasn't hard to access the hotel at all. Staff were friendly. Would appreciate it if they provided with bath accessories. Nothing much.
