I'm writing this review for 'Gia Mantra Eco Stay' after a nightmare of an experience; think of a situation where you reserved the most premium room of the property and they have allotted you a waiter room with no water in the bathroom. Understand this when you are staying with a 3-year-old kid on a rainy night. I booked this through Goibibi with the number GH24181222129890, and I got to the property at 8:15 PM. At the front door, a worker greeted us and showed us this pity room. He said that the resort boss told him to give it to us. Then I called the number given in the reservation information, and guess what? The phone was turned off. Several times, I asked the helper to call his boss. Finally, he agreed to talk to me and said he'd fix the problem, but it never happened. I had to stay in that awful room all night and had to leave at 7 AM the next morning. The staff was unapologetic and unhelpful, making the entire stay even more frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free experience. Finally, don't ask about the security because they did not even bother to check or collect my photo ID copies. Here are some pictures of the room. The first six are the ones they put on their website and on Goibibo. The next set of pictures is of the room they put us in. Ask everyone to look into and compare these two before they make any reservations.

Stay at Gia Mantra Eco Stay was a memorable one. Feel like living at ancestral place. Food was delicious. More open space, more greenery and more ventilation. This place had no AC, but it doesn't require one. Manager and support staffs are supportive and friendly. Overall had a pleasant stay here.

This was one of our favourite stays in TN. The space is incredible and I wish we had more time to learn about the vision here and take in some more of the atmosphere. The treatments were expertly delivered - would highly recommend

A third grade place to be put up as the staff is only a bunch of morons. the basic things shown & said like a kettle shown is not there. the worst is the staff who is sitting at the reception.

Gia mantra is one the best place to stay in Tiruvannamalai. Pool and outdoors games and service is top notch
