--About Stay---- My stay was two nights for business purpose and it was pretty good. I have visited the hotel on 18th Oct 20. In the current situation of COVID-19 they have maintain a neat and clean hygienic environment. From the starting on main door they will do an entry of you and check your temp, later on at reception you need to fill two form one of them is Health Declaration form. ---About Rooms and Check-in------- My room and washroom was clean and sanitized. The amenities they have given, i have got them. The staff was very friendly and they listen to the requirement. For people who have question like can we do early check-in and late check-out, it is available there. You just need to tell them early so they can adjust it for early check-in. ---About Food--- The food quality is pretty good and some people might be saying in reviews that its too costly but for me it was decent price as they giving you proper on time food with all safety measures. About room cleaning, its also good there, washroom are pretty clean and they also change the towels as well :) Overall it was a good stay.

Great place to stay. Front desk guys Wasim, Sayantika, Joseph and team. Helped me with a refund for early checkout as I had an Emergency(previous visit). Very considerate. Dining guys Sabu, Chandan and team. Housekeeping Khalid and team. All took very good care. Breakfast buffet is good. In-room dining is not that great, food ordered was as salty as it gets. This time I didn't order much. Room facilities are also great, fixed an issue I had on the 1st day itself.Thanks you the plumber(sorry for no name here). Responsive, responsible, professional, friendly staff. The security guys are also very cautious. Keep checking cabs for risk. Food delivery guys are stopped at gate itself to keep us safe. Thank you, guys.

I had a wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel in Bangalore. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout my visit. From the front desk to the security guards, everyone was polite and professional, which made me feel very welcome and safe.The service was smooth and efficient, and the rooms were well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the breakfast – it was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety of options.Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend Ginger Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Bangalore. the rooms small but everything was super clean. One thing they can improve are the mattress other than that everything was great

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay at reasonable price. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant, where I met the talented Chef Mr. Romjan Hussain. The food was delicious with dishes expertly prepared and presented. The chef's attention to detail and commitment to using only the freshest ingredients truly shone through.
