Good thing first,breakfast was good and had the best sambhar.now I think this this property is newly opened so lot of confusion, my rooms electric kettle was not working even after several reminders none came to check that. I ordered the veg food but I got the non veg but the manager was gracious and courteous enough to come to apologize and changed the order (good gesture). Got the wrong room number while checking in , already there was guest in the room. It was awkward .

Front desk lady was quite impolite. She was unable to use driving license for checking in and was insisting on Aadhaar card. No toiletries provided. Really good service! The reception staff (Rupali) was very cooperative. Food, cleanliness, service everything was top notch. No view from the room but Good location with not just airport but also good restaurants nearby. Overall had a great experience.
