Ginger Nagpur City Center

the hotel is a new property hence it felt that the facilities and service can be improved. their kitchen is functional but with limited timings. items written on their menu are not available - forcing us to buy food from outside. most of the food is fat and sugar induced. they give packed breakfast - muffins, banana and cheese sandwich. when requested for something healthy as an option - they didn't have anything to offer. lots of flies / mosquitoes in the common areas. the buffet spread had so many mosquitos flying arnd. may need to do something - we can't keep killing them. rooms were good. clean. all amenities seemed to work fine. tv however didn't have wi-fi connect during our stay. neither did the staff in the hotel let us know what the wi-fi password was / if they have a connection at all. breakfast spread is good. lots of options. but if you are looking for anything as per your time - this hotel will not provide it. they will follow only their time table and politely tell you a no for services asked otherwise. the hotel will do wonders if these teething issues are solved.

My stay at Ginger City Centre, Nagpur was good overall, but there were a few areas that need improvement. The service staff seemed insufficient, which affected the service quality. Additionally, there was a noticeable mosquito problem that made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The main concern was the food, which was not up to the mark. Moreover, the amount they are charging feels high compared to the service provided. Addressing these issues could greatly enhance the guest experience.

booked the hotel via goibibo. at the time of check in, staff at reception counter showed very rude & unwelcoming gesture, denying any booking received at the hotel. despite showing our booking voucher, she continued to nag & made us wait for half an hour, just to check her system. even after booking confirmation from her end, she was not apologetic for her behaviour at all. overall, entire staff at the hotel, lacked hospitality & courtesy. would not suggest anyone to book this hotel.

"I'm extremely disappointed with the service. I booked an advance room with a king-size bed, but was provided with a twin-bed room instead. The breakfast was subpar - I ordered idlis, but they were served only with sambar, no chutney. The idlis also tasted very bad. The tea was not hot, it was just warm water. I hope you can look into these issues and improve your service." Next time not suggest any freind and Anyone to this hotel
