management of the entire property is very poor....manager is rude, arrogant, and non-cooperative .....location of the property was not provided in spite of repeated demands...it took us 3.5 hours to reach the property from prayagraj junction.....we paid for 3 adults and a child but extra bedding wasn't provided...they gave us that extra bed after complaining with local administration and the same goes with Food as they simply denied saying that you got late so can't provide it... The manager said that we've booked , so he's not answerable for all our problems....and told us to mail and tell our problems and ask them for refund....overall behavior of the manger was pathetic ...in the past, too, we've stayed in the properties by booking and never faced such problems. Hope you will look after this issue and try to resolve

the tent is located near ganga ji. tea kettle, blankets, towels, all meals are provided. food quality is good sitting area is ok need to search for place to sit most of the time. cons lot of mosquito in the tent, difficult to sleep in the night. lot of flies in the dining area making it less comfortable and enjoyable. staff is good, but providing the daily needs only when asking for it.

worst set of people, aim is to cheat people -did not offer lunch, tea...No support in even locating the place...After my experience of hospitality in over 26 countries, I have not seen such pettiness...
