First of all, this hotel is NOT in Ooty. It's at a place called Adikaratti which is almost 12 Km. away from Ooty. So the hotel location mentioned online is misleading. Please don't fall for it. One can get better hotels at the same rate in Ooty. So it's not Value for Money hotel.Service Quality is average. There are a few teenage boys appointed for room service & catering. So one can imagine the quality of service & food you will get.There are no special amenities available in this hotel. Few rooms are still under construction and the building material was lying around in the premises. So it's dangerous to let the children roam around in the hotel area.Only positive thing is that there a beautiful tea garden on the back side hills which give very beautiful and breathtaking view.Overall, it's not a recommended place for family stay.

The hotel is slightly away from the City and you have to travel the distance every time you go out for sightseeing... the views etc from the hotel are nice though the location itself is not that convenient... the final approach road is a very narrow lane... don't trust google to show you the way... I lost my way several times... rooms are fine but I would say it is quite expensive compared to the facilities provided... staff and service quality is very good... overall a decent place for family stay though slightly expensive

Pros -The place was located 12kms away from ooty center. Great location and view points throughout the journey. No crowd, so very peaceful place to hangout. Good quality rooms. Cons - Not worth the price.... Wi-fi not provided. Food is pathetic, no restaurant near by. So you have no options rather adjust and have the same food. Mentioned as resort, expect bonfire no other activities. Kids area is not maintained properly.

Amazing resort with a beautiful view...Mr Rajesh the manager of the resort, ensured personal involvement about the comfortable stay of every guest there...very kid friendly place where cleanliness and taste were taken full care of by the manager Mr Rajesh himself. Peaceful resort where one can relax..away from the commercialisation of the main ooty city

The rooms were comfortable & hygienic but their service was very bad, whenever we asked for something or ordered something they took an eternity to serve it & even the food they served was not in the menu & it was very costly too. Although it's very conveniently located on the main road itself & they even provide a decent parking space too.

The overall experience was very good. The view from Romantic Rome villa is amazing. The approach road to the resort is a bit narrow and they can try improving the taste of a-la-carte food items. Breakfast spread is good. The bonfire n Barbeque combination is worth experiencing.

It was located far away from Ooty so location was the only problem with this property otherwise everything was fabulous. Their staffs were very helpful & coordinated & their services were upto the mark too. their food was was decent as well. My overall stay was pleasant.

Amazing hospitality. A peaceful stay in the nature, not very far from Ooty but much better place. The food was very tasty, all time. Polite and co-operative staff. Beautiful fruit trees and flowers around increase the beauty of the place every morning.

good stay with family. nice atmosphere & hill view locations, good food. play room and small jim for morning workout. though is very simple and small hotel but peaceful and relaxing , overal experience is good, and I recommend to families.

Location was easily accessible. I availed food there, taste good but delivery was slow. There was no swimming pool in the hotel. I think free WiFi was not there and TV was also not working. Security wise surrounding area was safe.

Rooms are very good.Very spacious& neat and clean.Breakfast also good.However Limited variety of food available at Lunch & Dinner.They need to focus on cleanliness/finishing work of surrounding area/under construction rooms.

Excellent location it was. Food was good. There was no swimming pool, spa and gym. Free WiFi facility was available. In terms of security it was safe because I am alone at that time.
