As it's located inside the lane so it's location wasn't that convenient for us & it took us about an hour to locate this property. They even provided a decent parking area but as it's located on the steep hill kind of a place so reaching there was a difficult task to do. There was a beach nearby to it in walk-able distance so it was a good thing. The property was good & the room they provided was fine as well but was a bit overpriced as they charged that amount for room only as no complementary breakfast was provided to us too.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The rooms were not just good but very good—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The premises were immaculate, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. The caretaker was attentive, and the staff's behavior was both humble and good. The overall ambiance was very pleasing. I highly recommend it for both couples and families.

The room was very beautiful with a beautiful view and a big balcony and good staff people..polite and helpful but wifi and tv were not in working condition and also no hot water available. According to the services provided its highly over priced .

good hotel, located near at kovalam beach, room is good, clean, staff behavior is also good. but they charged extra rupees if you want extra blanket.. that blanket not enough for two person so i asked for another blanket.. overall good experience..

Hotel location is just 100m from beach, staff was quite helpful, they are very quick to respond for call, they helped a lot for sight seeing arrangements.

The room was big however the carpets towel were all dirty. No proper restaurant service, even the bathroom was very Average for the price we are paying.
