Excellent Hotel. Staff is highly professional, polite and courteous. All amenities were provided. Service was quick as well. Room and bathroom were clean and every required items were already there. Talking about food, I can't praise it enough. If you are fond of delicious food, then this is a go to place. Weather in room food service or Morning buffet, quality was top notch. All credit goes to Hotel chef. However, I would like to suggest couple of improvements- Rooms should have wooden flooring. Secondly, instead of handheld spray, they should use butterfly jet as latter is much more convenient to use. I chose this Hotel after comprehensive research, so if you want to stay in Ambala, I would highly recommend it.

It was a wonderful stay.. The property is also very good.. The team managing the hotel are all young and is also headed by a young person named Yogesh.. He is a woderful human being.. and has a good understanding about the guests.. The reception lady komal is very eligent and soft spoken.. and has a smiling face. Now when we talk about the house keeping.. it’s simply amazing... They are courteous..and always available for support and service.. I could not meet the chef..But the chef has a perfect sense of cooking.. The chef pours his love and emotions while cooking the food.. Food taste really awesome.. Overall my stay was great.. And my best wishes to all the Team Members..

We stayed here for 1 night during our Kashmir and Zanskar Motorcycle ride. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. The rooms were quite spacious and super comfortable. The service of the entire staff was courteous and warm. We would definitely to visit for a longer duration and enjoy again. 100% recommended. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Safe parking for our 3 Motorcycles.

Good and clean rooms with excellent service. The food is good and the staff is well mannered and helpful. Mr. Sanjay Prasad was very helpful and nice to us. We didn't have any issues with the room or the stay either. A good experience overall.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I was really impressed with the service and the maintenance. I had booked 2 rooms both were beautiful and clean. Bathrooms were also neat and clean. Would surely book this hotel again for my next visit.
