I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel over the weekend! The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast that was included with my room. The variety of options available catered to all tastes and dietary restrictions, and the quality of the food was top-notch. i have been to goa, andaman, kerala, manali, kashmir but the hospitality and staff here is damn good and very prompt in service. would definitely rate gourissa over any resort in madhai. food was good, room was very clean, and the ambience & view from here is the usp. only suggestion is they should add more indoor activities/games and swimming pool should have been cleaner.

very bad service , rooms amenity is also missing . every time we have ask for service and every thing but staff is not responding. . pool is very dirty. no facilities are available which the shown at the time of booking. hotel charges are very high according to the service they provide. I suggest not to book this hotel .

बरसात के दिन में रूम ने पानी घुस आया था और एसी बंद थे स्टाफ़ को बोलने के बाद भी ठीक नहीं किए गये । रात भर परेशान हुए पर किसी ने भी समस्य का समाधान नहीं किया
