horrible experience. there was no electricity for like 5 hrs when we stayed. they were not switching on the generator either. on top of that they don't let us keep the key cards saying it's not allowed. we had to leave the door open when going out because it was a hassle to call the staff repeatedly. no cctv cameras to keep our stuff safe either just in case. you'll only get veg food and nearby you have to struggle a lot to get non veg. the weather was good so it was manageable. otherwise the property was clean and spacious. need to be transparent about the power cuts and the only veg option.

After reaching at Hotel.Starting an A/c took 30+ minutes, remote was available but you cannot use it.It was later switched on from electric room on the floor .2. Exhaust fan was not working in the washroom.3. Hot was not available neither during night nor even at day hours. Wasted 45-60 minutes. Then they got it from the kitchen.4. Towels offered were in pathetic condition (tore).5. post above experience did not try their restaurant.over all service and basic facility was lacking.

Overall, cleanliness wise it's a very good hotel but my experience wasn't that amazing because I faced issues such as they had our room key's shortage so our personal room key wasn't given to us and secondly there was the water issue early morning for an hour or so and even the intercom wasn't working. But hygiene wise the hotel was good.. Can work on the customer experience/inputs to the higher extent.

This hotel is a gem! Special thanks to Ashok ji the service was top-notch, and the staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered breathtaking views. The food was consistently excellent, with something for everyone. The serene environment and gentle breeze added to the relaxation. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!
