This hotel is located at the right place with great views , great service, great people. Rooms are clean and staff is helpful.. totally worth the money.. rooms are bigger then a 5 star hotel . Staff packed our bags when we were not available and they were very loyal in packing they packed everything for us .. so trustworthy staff . Would prefer this place again if I'll go there.

Room was good but the food was not upto the mark we have experinced, moreover there is no any security in the night they have appointed a guard in day but ther is not any guard in hotel and rest staff was very supportive and cooperative the hotel should appoint more staff to create more clientale

The property and rooms are well maintained. The staff were very nice. It's safe place and the good part is the hotel is in the mall road, sight scenes were so near from the hotel. Approachable from all locations.

Nice Hotel at Good Location in McLeod Ganj. Located in Main Market and Very Near to Skyway and Dalai Lama Temple. It also has Parking space for Guests which is rarity in McLeod Ganj.

The room was not bad… a bit run down. The location is good. But the hotel itself didn’t operate as a hotel! The food was horrible and very basic staff and not very helpful.
