The property was absolutely amazing, offering great value for money. Impeccably maintained with a clean bathroom and sparkling white bed linens, it gave us a 5-star impression from the start. Our stay during our visit to Tirupati with family was delightful. Madam Bhagya Shri at the reception provided a smooth check-in experience and offered her full attention throughout our stay, making it feel truly luxurious. While the food rated an 8/10, possibly due to our northern preferences, the other staff, including the doorkeeper and room service attendant, also contributed to our pleasant experience. The entire team at the hotel ensured our stay was enjoyable. Many thanks to Bhagya Shri and the rest of the Orchid staff for their excellent work; keep it up! Pleasant and fantastic

we reached by 10.50. the reception person told we will charge extra if you check in now. check in 12 pm. though the rooms are readily available they wanted to make money for 1 hour early checkin. so we decided to sit in the lobby and at 12 pm they gave room. room is spacious but interior finishing not good. we booked for extra bed. we have been telling them from 7pm but they didn't give after lot of fight they gave at 10.20pm by the time my son slept. pathetic service. The restaurant is not good. if you order they say we will charge extra.

It's decent hotel built newly with close to fly over connectivity with road to Tirumala with open car parking with security. Staff was decent. Stay was ok with family except some new room minor glitches in each room we stayed ( 2 nights 2 separate rooms we booked ) like light issues, hot water unavailability ( due to solar) , some unfinished . Restaurant quality is pretty good but felt slightly over priced and salty . Rest all good. Nice quick stay with minor issues

I stayed in Room 112. The room has continuous smoke smell from no where. Very suffocating stay. Rooms are not clean enough. The bed linens were never changed too. Not Worth the price I paid. There are enough good hotels near this place. I regret booking in advance.

room cleaning is good, towels were not expected and cot had sharp edges which can hurt babies or elders. room washroom was slippery they didn't have anti skiding tiles. food was good, overall I can say 3 star.

The stay was good, food was nice. Just a small thing was it was kind of stinking in the 2nd floor lobby. Other than that it was a decent stay for families.

No wifi in this Hotel, simply they are saying wifi issue. and No proper network also in Ground Floor, I have changed the Room due to this.
