Had a delightful experience during our stay at Hotel Grand Khalifa, Jaisalmer Starting from the suite rooms which were very tastefully decorated to the view of Sonar Kella (Jaisalmer fort) from the restaurant on the terrace every aspect of our stay at the hotel was perfect.. Special callout for Khan bhai who not only arranged the desert safari for us but also joined us for the city tour taking us through the rich heritage of Jaisalmer. The entire crew of Grand Khalifa - Shakeel, Peeru(Chef), Ghulam Hasan, Khayal Deen, Saleem Bhai and Rayees greeted us every time with a smile and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast though limited was made special with the warmth of the team and Rajasthani folk performance as a cherry on the cake. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a true taste of Rajasthani hospitality. The attention and care from the team

we took the king suite next to the pool but the pool was unusable due to pigeons excreta all over the place . we arrived at 2 after a very long drive ordered food they told will take 15 mins the order was very simple omlette and pizza . however As soon as they had a few foreign groups they just forgot about us and later said it was because another group came. next.morning we wanted to go for excursions and were told breakfast starts at 8.30 when we went to the roof top with our two kids they told breakfast is finished because they have a foreign group . we were then served breakfast at 10.30 am which felt really racist while travelling in your own country . kitchen staff should know every guest is the same irrespective of their nationality. left our experience really sour . Because of the behaviour issues.
