The concept of hospitality is missing in this hotel. Guest is not treated as guest. Staff is untrained. Booking information not correctly entered in system. Utter confusion. Quality very poor in upkeep, cleanliness and food being served.

Suffocating rooms- Even after requesting to open ventilation and fresh air vent, it was opened for only 2-3 hours. In room basic things were missing..have to request for each and every thing. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Enterance of hotel was very bad,poor and congested parking,marriage party was meshed with guest,we could nt come out of room ,there was lot of hangmma till 1.00 am ,we could sleep till 1.00 pm.

Worst Experience of the Lifetime. Power failed more than 10 times. Generator had loose connection with desperate waiters and chefs trying to fix them. Small rooms. Absolute dark.
