If there was an option yo rate them zero, i would do that. Absolutely unprofessional staff, including the front desk Manager. Guests safety comes second priority for them over their policies.Impolite behavior snd rudeness was obvious talking to the manager who didnt even have the courtesy to get off his chair and stand when a guest is standing and talking to him for 5 mins. They are least bothered about guests security. Even in caee of a single women traveller. Not a recommended place to stay if safety is of importance Guests security is not any priority for them. They can even lie about your safety if need be

Thank you for the service. We really liked our hotel stay and rooms. The rooms were kept very clean and neat. We were disappointed about the pool area as we were not allowed due to a private event, it’ll be much appreciated if told earlier in advance. The food could get better in taste. Overall it was a pleasant stay but a lot of improvements required and focus on providing value for money to customers. Thank you!

ALL THINGS ARE GOOD BUT VERY UNSATISFIED OVER SPREAD OF BUFFET BREAKFAST. EVERYDAY SAME OPTIONS AND VERY LESS SPREAD. ONLY SOUTH INDIAN FOOD WAS GOOD IN TASTE, NORTH INDIAN FOOD WAS VERY LESS AND OF NOT GOOD TASTE. REST EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. THIS MAY BE DUE TO CORONA PANDEMIC, BUT YA IMPROVMENT IS POSSIBLE. A decent Hotel with an excellent staff. Decent location. Clean hotel. But two things need improvement. The room service is slow and need reminders. Second is a common problem with many Hotels. They are not at all sound proof. You can hear all sort of sounds from outside.

Excellent hotel with very good staff and food.It is very well located in Koramangla.The spa is exceptional.The hotel is located very close to Christ College which served my purpose..I had booked a double bedroom suite.The interiors were very nice..
