It was very good at the first due to Corona virus, I was going to the hotel, was very scared. But thermal scanning was done first than I had entered the hotel and when I went to the reception, I saw whoever was there, all had masks, gloves and head caps. All staff very aware to the covid-19 & very heigenic atmosphere. food is very tasty & all staff was very helpfull........... Overall my experience is very cool. thank you very much, Hotel grand Sai team.......keep it up👍

Its a very good hotel with good food and hospitality located in walking distance from railway station and bus station..in surroundings you get everything..from outside it looks small..but once you enter the hotel it is very big and mantained property..highly recommended.. One of the best stays in moradabad.

Breakfast was not good.. room interior door and wall paint is dull and bathroom were not clean. tv was also not working for suit room. expensive room ... totally bad experienced
