1. Poor room service, the landline does not work. 2. Pre booked the room as I'd read the ..reviews about it and the owner being really cooperative but guess what it's all folks. 3. The reception is not all active wherein the people are prioritizing on their sleep rather than customer service, gets very annoying if you have to go all the way to the reception to place one simple order. 4. Staff is highly unprofessional. Moreover naive. 5. The breakfast meal which was included in the package still hasn't arrived. I guess they don't give a flying damn once you've made the booking. - Long story short, save yourself some energy and money don't book it unless it's alright for you to feel betrayed.

actually was different. i think in this budget we can get some other good place for stay. firstly i was upset when reached there to stay but at that time we don't have any option. so please be care full during hotel booking. Breakfast is not so good. Tea is good. Room quality is not good not bad. means OK Ok. Thanks.

its was So Bad Experience Of My life i Was Booked a Hotel Of Delux AC but AC is Not Running Condition and Mid Night Electricity is Gone and Hotel Properties is No Backup and Food Looking like Road side and Charges to Much High

Overall, I had a great experience with the (Great Ganga Palace By Wb Hotels). Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to stay at affortable price.

no parking, no food on time and no own arrangements. washroom and room Hygiene need to focus more. very narrow roads for car parking, better to visit by Auto ricksaw.
