Green Glamping Resorts Sonmarg

To begin with the hotel's location is good. But certain things can become deciding factor. I'll break this review into two parts Positives and Negatives. Positives: 1. Awesome Location. 2. Good food (Pls confirm your choice of food i.e. veg or non veg beforehand). Negatives: 1. Highly UNSAFE with wild animals roaming around specially Bears(Photo proof available), Snow Leopard. 2. With certain calamities occurred in past, there is no proper electricity. Everything runs on Generators due to which half of the day you'll be without electricity. The owner shuts down power after 12am(Total Blackout) to save cost which makes it even more unsafe. 3. No mobile network available. No landlines available. To make a call you need to travel 13kms. 4. There is no intercomm or call button facility if you need help from staff. All you have to do is to get out of your tent and look for staff. 5. No electricity means No hot water 24x7. 6. No proper fencing and watever fencing is there is not high enough to stop stray or wild animals to enter the property. You might wake up in morning and horse/cow dung at your doorstep. Due to these reasons I returned srinagar within 1 night even though I had paid for 2 nights in advance(.. If these negatives doesnt bother you, then this place can be visited for its scenic beauty.

bad Staff Behaviour we were three familes and booked three tents at there property I had an amazing time there location amenities and everything was gud about this place but not wud really like to acknowledge there owner and manager of this property that there staff behaviour was pathetic in terms of :- we played some music at night while camp fire and was enjoying withour selves and dance a bit with our family there was a guy from your staff who was completely dunked and try to dance with our family ladies which was unliked by us I very much remember his face and he was from kitchen staff have a beards on his face and he was a same guy in the morning for breakfast as well and he was in room service he actually wanted to enter inside our tent very desperately every time we need anything like water bottles or anything his intention was to get involved which is not right so when we were enjoying he spoiled our party by his misbehaviour with our family and tried to dance with ladies sending actions to rest of the staff to *** manager and owner should take immediate action and should explain and train there staff how to behave with there guest and give them space waiting for your reply thanks SK

Trip to Sonmarg is incomplete without a stay at this wonderful resort. The moment we arrived here we were swept off our feet with the beauty of view all around. The property is clean, well maintained and extremely safe. The staff is helpful and courteous. We stayed here for two days but had we known how beautiful this camp is we would have spent the entire ten days here :) Sitting by the riverside, listening to the sound of flowing water; this is what heaven must feel like ❤️ The owner Nazhar aka Shameem is a great guy and takes good care of the guests and their comfort. The place is a little away from the main market and you cannot exactly walk down and shop but who wants to do that when the place is so breathtakingly beautiful. I forgot my city life during my stay in this dream resort and I recommend this place to everyone looking for a calm peaceful stay. Five stars ✨

Hi, i had visited this property on 17th August along with my wife . During our stay one of their employe tried to enter in our tent during late night . We were at deep sleep and my wife cried out of fear . We both were scared due to his act not able to sleep entire night . It was horrible experience... this property and their employees ruined our total Kashmir experience... think many times if you are single couple or family with ladies .. we personally feel that it's not at safe for them. in any kind of emergency you won't find any help because only BSNL network works and that to for limited time ..
