I have booked a family room.Room was average as condition as it getting old,but biggest issue was hot water and some cleaning , linen and towel issue..beding blankets were teared off from one side and dirty.You can see spoiled spots on pillow.wardrobe shelves was dusty and stained you dont want to put your belongings in to wardrobes. Staff was good but very slow in service. There was no heating in the room but when I argue at reception thay provided portable heater it was 8°-12C at day time and night was less than that. For Hot water you need to tell tjem atleast 4-5 times and atleast 1 hour before othrtwise you will not able to bath. hot water is not cotinous onky come in morning. hot water need to provide atleast 12 hour a day or provide individual hot water system per room so guest can use it as required as per conviniency and their arrival. Heater should be standard during winter as basic service.Also cleaning of the room need to improve.

hotel is not good in condition. Washroom was very dirty. Currently road construction is going on near hotel so you have to walk almost 500 meters from main road. food quality was very poor. I suffered from food poisoning after eating in hotel.

Hotel is good. Just 200 mts from main Tajganj Road. Rooms are good with all the amenities. Washroom is somewhere not upto mark in terms of cleanliness. Food is good and staffs are polite.
