vry dirty bathrooms. curtains had bcme blck in colour due to nt washing dat i dint feel lyk evn touching dem. buckets stools in washroom wer extremely dirty. only the good thing dat d room is spacious. also the services wer supr slow it took ages fr food to arrive. u guys r chrging 10% as service charge bt atleast giv 2% of dat service value coz watevr v wer ordering ur room service guy used 2 alwz forget n dn v had to giv him a reminder fr eveything be it a glass plate o ice. really vry disappointed wid my stay.

Nice staffs. Always there to help you. but as a traveller had some problems like due to power issue water was not there in bathroom at night. Due to heavy rush room service phone was kept engaged. Parking during evening hrs is also an issue. but staffs handled all these very smartly. Location wise very good safety wise good But with children it becomes some problem as there is no space for them to play.

Location of the hotel is at centre of the city. Spacious rooms. Restaurant food quality is really good. Parking is available. They didn't provide drinking water bottles (though included in package), basic toiletries etc. 2 separate beds alloted though requested for single twin bed. Rates seems little high compare to quality of service.

I read some reviews regarding curtains being dirty and, they might be true but it didn't bother me much as rooms are spacious and u hardly go to the windows. food quality is good but a bit overpriced. Still a good hotel with a comfortable stay.

I visited silvassa for official work. stayed here for 1 day. Hotel Rooms are big enough. Location is also convenient. I am not satisfied with the food quality also service is also poor. No wifi. You can get better hotels in the same money

very bad service manager behaviour is very bad he speaks with us loudly and angry room not properly clean no room service given by hotel tv not working ac not working toilet is not clean plz don't book to this hotel

The hotel location is a good...and there place is in the mein City so it was a many benefits to our another going others places there is no vechical it mean this place is good bcz this is in a Centre at Naroli Road here
