We (Me and my wife) visited there for 4 days. Opted for 1BHK AC. Pros: 1. Room was very spacious had a separate living room with sofas and kitchen. 2. Bedroom is also spacious. 3. Umesh the care taker is very understanding and helpful. Cons: 1. Bathroom is not clean upto the mark, it can be maintained better with more cleanliness. 2. No lift is available 3. They had bathtub installed but was not operational. The experience was good and we felt safe in the city as well the facility.

the 1bhk displayed is totally different from the stay given to me. the place is horribly maintained. very unhygienic. i had to upgrade to a different room which was the same but had no other than to stay. the cupboards were filled with termites and there was dust all over the sofa. i would not recommend this place to anyone especially for a family.

The place was good enough for the price. It was maintained well but the hot water availability can be relooked. Also, free WiFi if provided would be better since it's Manipal and you expect more students to come and stay.

Check in was quick but some 200 cash was taken stating it was a deposit The room was good, we didn't stay there for long as we had a change of plans and had to drive again.

The stay was excellent. There's hot water and the washroom is clean. It's close to the city for easy access. Overall a good experience.

The price is high compared to the room and also there is no lift and my room is in 4th floor
