I stayed for two days on a business trip. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, the hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, although there is a small cafeteria for breakfast.For breakfast, the paratha and poori were not served warm, likely because they were prepared in advance, which could be improved.Overall, it was a good stay, Please note, there is a good vegetarian restaurant on the 4th floor of the building. If you want to order room service, you need to call the restaurant using a mobile number provided in your room, as the intercom is not connected directly to the restaurant. Also, you must pay for your order upon receiving the food, as the restaurant operates separately. Be specific when ordering utensils, as I had to request them separately after the food was delivered, although the food packaging was quite good.

overall very good experience, cleanliness is very good. ambience is nice. room size is good , biscuit and chips are additional goodies. hotel has parking in basement and very nice hotel in 2 floor for food . reasonable rate and nice co operative staff. morning breakfast having limited options. only south indian dishes available on my day of stay. they told menu is changing every day but still very limited variety. fresh fruit juice and other items will increase value for money. secondly we need to carry hotel room key to travel in lift if second person in room how to travel in lift ? already inform to reception let's see smooth 2 min checkout

Stay was ok ok, bed was twin sharing and very uncomfortable. Even the mattress was upside down which I noticed while checkout. We had back pain for 3 days. I had some guest to visit in my room and hotel management denied extra tea pouches, said they are not allowed to give extra.

Hotel is excellent. Staff and service is 10/10. Only thing is the TV set stop is only for show no programs are running. You can watch wifi based apps on TV.Breakfast is very good with variety of options. And staff there is very cooperative and supportive.

did not provide enough coffee or tea sachets in the room and enough toiletries in washroom. The blanket was fresh but the mattress was smelling bad. otherwise all the experiences were good.

Amazing place to stay here. Quiet and peaceful. Staff are also good and helpful. Breakfast has more options and it's taste and quality was also good. Will visit again here.

My stay in Gurudev Grand was excellent. The rooms was very clean. 2 days I stayed very peacefully and comfortably. Staff was very good in hospitality. I love to stay again.

great rooms. rooms are not king bed but twin beds which i personally don't prefer. can do better in terms of room service and accessories.
