The room was clean and Staff very soft spoken and accomodating. if they provide bath room slipper then there will be no shortcoming in this property. The location of the property is very near to Triveni Sangam. There is also lift facility and parking facility which adds to its feathers. I like the with family during Mahakumbh. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stay.

As total amt has bn paid in adv. they r not ready even to change bed sheet. No drinking water or glass, towels, soap are provided. Aldrops of bath rooms r damaged. Early morning, water was not available and after repeated requests, they done some Repair works of motor then pumped.

room no was 108 room was very pathetic, ac was not working well, washroom was dirty, the bedsheet had a sewed hole, and it was so eww, as in why not a better bedsheet, the bed was creaking, in all a 02/10 scale

Staff was very helpful. Homely food. Need to improve on cleaning part. You can see rats and spiders. But in this amount I can say it was nice. overall Good.

Pathetic rooms. small in size. Bathroom flush, faucet, shower broken. Basin's water goes out to the bathroom floor so all dirty water comes on your feet

Very worst maintained rooms. Bed spreads are not replaced and had strains on blankets. Very small room. No Ventilation at all. Not recommended to stay
