We traveled to this place on 13th August 2021 and reached there after an 8-hour comfortable drive from Noida. Early morning travel and a good road did us a favor. There was a small delay at Uttarakhand border where they checked the passes, RT-PCR reports and issued a pass (after I recited all the information that was already pre-typed in the pass, and an officer patiently wrote it all down again, along with the e-pass number that reminded me of reciting out the exact weight of Sun in kilograms). The road after Bhimtaal is not the same as before it, so we took a longer time to cover this distance. Overall, a beautiful drive.The place is a secluded place, beautiful, serene, and wrapped by nature's love. The hotel “Happy Homestay” is a nice wooden hotel with all the facilities. The price seems to be on a little higher side, but it is fully worth it. You get a natural stream at the bottom of the valley, there is a nice little trek that will get you there. There are camps around it and you can book them too, in case you love camping. The stream has enough water for kids and families and friends to enjoy. This is a new hotel so there are some teething problems, but there are people around to solve your problems. They are cordial making us feel like part of their family. We stayed for 3 nights, and it did not seem long- the hospitality of the hotel and of nature was worth all the time. There was hardly anyone else nearby, so you can hear all that nature has to say – stay there if you love solitude or the company you have come with.Food was excellent, the chef was amazing. His local cuisines, veg, and non-veg, were amazing. He even makes an amazing dry chili-chicken that had a nostalgic taste to it! I can go back for it once again. They have their own kitchen garden and you can taste the difference! The person serving us was extremely cordial, taking care of even the smallest problems.Pros: Amazing place, beautiful view, completely relaxing, great hospitality.Cons: A little pricey (if you expect a 5-star luxury), secluded, the last 10 kms of road is bumpy.

Happy home stay is a very good property, though it is situated in interior area near mukteshwar. Beautiful scenic view from room and air quality is also very good. And the best of all food quality is also very good. 🌹🌹🌹🌹.We had a very comfortable stay here.
