The staff are goodBUT But butAbsolute loss for the moneyhigh priced, over rater propertythe word resort is a misnomerpoorly planned bathrooms, no hot water facilities round the clock. no basic amenities of beverage stack, refrigerator or Kettle. Very Hard Beds.there is no restaurant and the attached restaurant is at a distance away!Need to wait for ages if you order through room service.The single star properties with pungent Moist Fungus Room Odor can offer more comfort with value for money than this COSTLY OVERATED SO CALLED "RESORT "Better properties with good facilities are available in plenty at Rameshwaram.Note: Not even a single photo has been clicked nor a selfie :( at this propertybecause I want to erase this stay forever:(

The staff was very unprofessional, no service after 9:00 PM, no fridge available in room even for breakfast they gave us coupon and asked to go to Brindawan Residency hotel which was 1 km away from the property. At last I would say it is highly priced not even worth for single night. Don't get trapped by photos and all the information available. Once you reach there you will be your own.

Overall great and calm environment with a beautiful scenic view from the balcony. Service by the staff was really great and worth praise. They took care of everything needed during the stay. Cozy and spacious rooms with best environment for a family stay. The breakfast was yummy and really good.

the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. however, i did notice an area for improvement: the cleanliness of the toilet amenities. specifically, the bucket and mug in the toilet were not cleaned properly, which was a concern for me.

The hotel is clean, giving homely vibes, they dont have restaurant but you can give them order and they will arrange food as per your choice. The temple is 1.3 km from the resort and the auto is available near by. The view from the room is amazing.

Hospitality & View from Room & attached Balcony make it full worth. Special thanks to The Hotel Manager as he helped a lot in every need. The stay was really pleasurable for us (myself, walking with scratch/stick & my Mother, a Senior Citizen).

The guest once goes there will not recommend it. The amenities described are completely wrong. If they offer free breakfast, they could at least provide it in the room rather than ask the guests to go to another hotel.

Buffet breakfast, sea view balcony ,,, everything was really good as a family we had safety, they did poper guidance, everything was fine.

Overcharged. It doesn't quality for a "Resort" category. No Restaurant available. Lot of noise due to renovation works.
