This is not a hotel. It is a few rooms as part of a shopping complex and there is no reception, let alone a receptionist. we had to wait around 45 minutes for some staff to show up, that too, by chance. There's no compound and no proper security; dogs roam around in dozens. The rooms are way overpriced for what they provide. There's no table, wardrobe, stand, racks or anything of the sort to keep your things. We had to rely on the two chairs and our bed for that. There are zero amenities here. No drinking water, no food - even paid - no WiFi, I don't know if the TV even works, because I didn't try. There was still a plastic covering on, on the mattress, which ironically is orthopedic. What's the use, if we have to lay on the stiff plastic? No blankets were provided, stating they're provided only for AC rooms. I couldn't sleep for more than two hours the night. There is absolutely no cleanliness in the room; what there is is a pungent foul smell, which followed me home on my things I kept there. There's no lock or bolt on the inside of the bathroom, and a portion of the ceiling of the bathroom was gone. Anyone could climb in. The cleanliness of the bathroom was the only thing that was mildly satisfying.

-The room was spacious, and the car parking space was ample. However, there were some drawbacks. - The bed was extremely hard, resembling a rock. - There was no wash basin in the room. - The bathroom had a persistent foul smell. - The room had a dusty smell. -All the persons are required to carry ID -Caution deposit of ₹300/- required which is refundable. Despite its spaciousness, the lodge needs improvement in amenities and hygiene. I hope the management addresses these issues.

It is inside Shopping complex The bed was superhard and uncomfortable . Their was no barrier between bathroom and room so there is a high chance that water will flow to the Room if you are not careful during bath. Also the sink is placed right next to the Toilet making it difficult to use If you are coming for exam nearby, better stay at Thampanoor Thiruvananthapuram which is 1 hour away and take the morning Bus than stay here.
