This hotel is just about 100 MTRS from cruise jetty so the only entry point to the island is just few minutes away. The wooden cottage is fully equipped and functional, travellers can also relax well, if they don't wish to go sightseeing for a day. It would be good to spend 3 full day and night at Havelock. Rest on first day with candlelight dinner in evening at beach side of seashell or sangrilas. 2nd day one may go for scuba diving at depth of 12 mtrs which is a must experience. 3rd day at elephant beach, the boat jetty is also close to cruise jetty can go by boat and return rs. 950/person services starts at 9:00 and ends by 11:00. optionally can go for 1.8 MTRS trekking to elephant beach. At elephant beach it's light water sports activities such as snorkeling, banana boat ride, glass boat etc..If you are interested in water sport activities, no need to carry too many dresses as most of the time you will be naked with just the swimsuit, so you can travel light. The timings for water sports activities are quite strict in the island due to dangers of attack by crocodiles, sharks and many other creatures on island as well. You and me are exotic imported menu for them, so kindly respect the timings even going for a stroll at the beach, inform someone....

I prefer staying at b&bs on my vacations, but due to certain constraints and last-minute blips, I had to choose a hotel/resort stay this time. And, I loved every bit of it at this wonderful property. While Havelock has great options for all types of travellers, this one suited me perfectly for its proximity to the jetty, food options in house and around, and the promised services (value added). At the heart of my pleasant stay at the Country Homes was their community-style operating model and a highly skilled and motivated service team that worked with a smile. The food was good, the pool was clean and warm, the rooms were thoughtfully decorated and were comfortable. For me, my stay at the Country Homes was nice and value for money. Privacy, calm, and timely request resolutions.

A cute place for Havelock visit, rooms are big enough to accommodate two people. 350 metres for Jetty, can be reached by walking. Food quality is good, both veg and non veg. I found the food to be a little pricy but okay-ish considering all of it is transported from mainland. I appreciate the service quality, water in the pool is clean, and the hotel is electrically supplied all the time (power cut is an issue in Havelock, and sun sets early). Expect poor mobile signal, same as the rest of the island, free wifi could be accessed only in the lobby area.

Amaazing hotel. Just loved it. I have taken many pics.. Swimming pool was amazing.. i want to write it more. I was here for 3 days and daily i used to have amazing food. Breakfast lunch dinner everytime at hotel only because taste was so good. Environment was totally amazing.. morning time sun goes up like wow... Wooden homes and so much clean even cleaner than my own home.. totally amazing room service.. trust me.. i will go one more time here and will book same hotel. Am from delhi..

Amazing property. its a new property so the cottages are very fresh and clean. Neatly maintained. cottages are amazing. washroom was also very good. very supportive staff and best part is this property is walkable distance from ferry point. After staying here, I can confidently say that this is the best hotel in Havelock. Stayed with my 9 months old kid with so much ease. Clean rooms, Clean bathrooms, big swimming pool with music, superb food. You can get everything that would make your stay worth remembering. Tips: At thw time of checkin ask for pool facing room. Happy staying.

Nice Property...Near to Wetty...staff and service was very good.... restaurant lunch and breakfast is very amazing.....if you are booking for this hotel please book for lunch and breakfast too....staff was very cooperative...swimming pool is the bonus point of this hotel...wooden rooms will give you a very nice feel while staying

it was a wonderful experience staying at country homes, this place is just a 5min walk from Jetty(spoiler just keep walking on the left side of the main gate from Jetty and see Haywizz just inside the area there is Country homesπ€) Food is delicious Ambience is rocking with a dj playing at a the pool side.

This hotel was build in English cottage style. We travelled with our parents so got adjutant room which was very cool. Service was good. Food was good but bit costly. It was good e experience to stay here. we got two adjusant rooms. Which helps us alot.

Rooms are neat and clean. Clean swimming pool. Receptionist helped in arranging rented two wheeler. Breakfast is good. Receptionist helped for late check out too. Had a nice stay. Hotel ambiance.
