Absolutely no in-house restaurant and have to wait for couple of hours to get food delivered. The room allocated to us as family with kids and elders didnt have heater and at the time of checkout was provided with an immersion heater which we didnt use. You're really lucky if you get car park space. For the heafty price we paid absolutely the stay was worthless. The staffs were very prompt and good. The hotel is very close to the falls which is the only advantage. Food and bathing

New building. Some times power cut. No one switched on generator for about 1 hr. Service quality is fair. Some rooms do not have heater. Hot water is bucket service. Lift is repair.

We didn't taken pics at hotel.Its nice hotel and very close to five falls courtalam but in the absence of food/catering one has to go some distance to eat and dine.

nice room but.No room service.no restaurant.NO cell network in the hotel.except Tamil staff don't know any language.

Not value for money. The wall mounted toilet sheet was placed above from normal height making it not accessible
