☠️😡☠️Had an extremely horrible experience in Hotel Heaven's, opposite Manohar Diary near Bhopal Jn railway station 😡😡🤬Had booked an AC Deluxe room for 2 nights stay while on the way to attend an International conference at AIIMS Bhopal.At first the hotel manager rejected my reservation for AC deluxe room with trip secure travel insurance... & forced me to occupy a non AC standard room against my reservation Later after around 20mins of arguments the manager allotted me a filthy standard AC room instead of the Deluxe AC room I had reserved in advance 😡( with filthy stained bedsheets & pillow covers, dirty room floor and walls, a filthy washroom which haven't been cleaned since months...) ☠️💀☠️

The hotel is located in a small byline next to the Masjid so getting a peaceful sleep is impossible the building looks very old from out side The Room is spacious but the was room is very small you can't even stand in washroom The staff are very unprofessional they were smoking Bedi sitting on a sofa infront of guests the only advantage of this hotel is ita quite opposite to Manohar dairy and within walking distance of Bhopal railway station if possible and if with a family then avoid this hotel.

location of the hotel is very easy to find and on main road, food and all essential things are near to this , room is good , hygiene, staff is good .
