Hotel room which they sold to me for Rs 6000 per night wasn't worth more than Rs 1500 as room is very basis with old bed, cheap quality TV for which subscriptions were found not paid, sofa was so cheap that you won't find such sofa even at the homes of your maid servants. washroom taps were faulty and leaking. Food quality is pathetic as they served partial cooked chicken and mutton dishes we found difficult to chew. The moment you visit the property one Sardarji will start following you as he runs a garment shop inside and for him all customers are his targets. Moreover the staff etiquettes are also not upto to mark like you have to ask them to arrange for the person to carry your luggage and reception staff looks quite unprofessional

Pros: Good location on Sam road, great exteriors and landscaping, courteous staff, restaurant has decent food Cons: A little expensive for what it offers. Its a 3 star hotel at its best. Intercom was down all through which is weird and made things inconvenient. You got to walk upto the front desk for everything. The service in their restaurant is really slow and takes a lot of time to turn up with food. They could improvise and save time if they were to train their staff a bit more on housekeeping in general.

Really awesome hotel in that budget..it is situated in front of BSF camp and near to the fort also all tourist place in Jaisalmer..Mustly the ambiance of the hotel was beautiful and the staff was very honest and helpful..we checked in before the time without any cost..very cleanly place..overally we enjoyed a lot..thanks

*****inr room & no LED TV, A convetional TV that too wothout a properly working Remote, LOL, Intercom not working. no free Internet, staff is just ok, no complimentary water bottels The Outer Ambiance is Good, Rooms sizes are OK, no spring mattresses. the stay is just a lower budget stay at a High Price.

Reached hotel at 5am and they allowed us to check in 7 hours early with no charge as we had young kids. Manager even got complimentary ice cream for kids on check out. So thankful to all staff. Had a great time. Only negative was Charges for new years party were far too much.

The rooms are spacious, they require a bit of renovation like mattress and linens, towels qualitywere not good, food quality was good. Parking facilities available but its not covered. Little mantainence required for pipes and water leaks.

My stay was fine. The hotel management was good. Room was comfortable and nicely maintained, but A/c was not up to mark. Hotel had provided the best services and staff was helping. Location was good as it was situated on the main road.
