Cute little room, beautiful view from the terrace up top. Nice to have a separate dining area so you don’t have to eat in the room/ have food smell stick. Would be nice if there were some breakfast and food options. We stayed there for the weekend mostly and the person making home cooked food (which was yum!) was unfortunately off on Saturday and Sunday - impractical since a lot of people do weekend trips to ooty. But lovely property in the off season - appreciated the privacy we had. Some people can be annoying and slam doors when you’re sleeping at night and you can feel that in the rooms.

overall the experience is nice at heritage view. i am sharing some key points. rooms are beautiful and cleaned. we took queen room, it was small size but good for 2 people but very well maintained with nice lights, bathroom with all key accessories. the pantry items are available in common area. hospitality is good. they dont have a restaurant but you can ask them to make food for you before hand. location wise its near 5 mins walking from the market but its a 50 m uphill from main road,so own vehicle can have issue in parking or going up and down.

Our stay at Heritage View was exceptional. The room was lovely, and the cleanliness throughout the homestay, including the kitchen, balcony, living room, and bar area, was impeccable. Vanitha, our host, was truly remarkable. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable local contacts and ensuring our room was cleaned daily. Her willingness to arrange a birthday cake for my partner on short notice was incredibly thoughtful. We couldn't have asked for a better host or stay.

This is a newly built property. Booked Deluxe King room for 1 day and the stay exceeded our expectations. Rooms are designed with great attention to detail. Everything in the room and bathroom was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable too. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms boast lovely, cozy interiors and designs that are a definite plus. The bar counter is an excellent spot to unwind and enjoy the evenings in Ooty. The balcony offers a delightful spot to soak in the cool evening breeze. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would love to return again soon.

We had a comfort stay. All the rooms had very good WiFi connection and TV with OTT subscription. Owners and caretakers were so helpful. Home made food was delicious and healthy.
