Very worst exerience ever. We're having 6 degree weather here, and hot water is not available. Very less staff for response. Feeling like we are staying in dharamshala. Other guests are also getting disturb from service. Very murk and dark rooms. No standard quality amenities used in hotel. Bedsheet is like we sleep on a stone sheet. Have to visit reception for basic need like towel. In other room intercom service is not working. Its typical dharamshala experience.

Very Very bad hotel of kausani, and very bad expierence with hotel. hotel room furnitute just like barbar shop. bathroom flush have problem. room phone is not working. light problem. they dont have good backup of light. hotel room is just like boxes. waste of money. i have booked this hotel for 2 days from internet. but this probel i am not take more then i day. i waiting next day for to go early. manager attitude is not good. they have spoiled my trip.

Average hotel but highly overpriced. We stayed there during the end of ....for 3 nights and ended up paying ...for 2 rooms. That's a lot of money for an average property like that. They did not allow us to bonfire in chilling weather stating that bonfire is not allowed. On the other hand, few hotels next to the property allowed there guests to enjoy bonfire. Better go for other options if you're looking to enjoy with friends.

Very bad experience. I made the booking for a standard room and I got the confirmation mail for the same. Even I called and told the Hotel manager/ representative that we will be late and will reach around 1-2 PM. When we reached at the hotel they said that there is no space, hotel is booked and they arranged our stay somewhere else. Its totally unprofessional behaviour and I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

My experience of stay in hill palace was really good, we enjoyed natural beauty from balcony and service was good. well located near tea garden and shawl factory, however wifi was not available at hotel and running hot water service was available àt morning for only two hours from 7.30.

Hotel hill palace is not recommended to any one because this hotel is only for family.no couple entry allow,no friends no any other relationship will be allowed by this hotel..nero minded hotel owner.in the 21 century he is still not supportive.very bad experience.

There was no basic facility in the rooms like electic kettle, room heater etc. I had to remind 2-3 times to hotel staff for any room service. Welcome drink was not given by hotel even though it was included in my package.

Really a good stay with this hotel. Didn't faced any hiccup. It was a polite check in and check out. Very nice service and staff. And good and easily accessible location. Overall its a nice hotel to stay in this city.

it is late night check in , still hotel manager gave us warm welcome , we told him for dinner after kitchen close , he is very co operative ...catter good food . my rating 100% good and pleasent stay for family

Average hotel with Wifi problem. A little cheap food menu compared to the food which we got in Almora. Taste is Ok. No Hill view available from any room. Nice Staff with overall good and hygienic facilities.

There was a very nice stay. Having clean room. Food was not so good, Behaviour of the staff was very good and soft spoken. Room service was a fast. Overall very good rooms and value for money.

Best 3 str property in Kausani, with great himalayan view from room itself. Just in front of hotel their is tea garden and Kausani wool factory. Good staaf, Best location. Loved it 👍

I reached late night but they manage to provide all service. Services were fast. Food was also good, simple and tasty, taste like home made food. Would recommend it to everyone.
