When I reached the hotel I was told that my room was not booked even though I had booked it with full payment. The hotel staff had booked all the rooms offline. I was standing on the road in the cold till 11:45 pm. No one was there to help me. After making a lot of noise I was given a room in another hotel. Please blacklist this hotel.
